License Agreement

Any use of the app constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept the terms in full, you have no right to use the app.

1. General Provisions

  1. 1.1. This License Agreement (the "License") sets out the terms for using the Dreamt: Dream Meanings mobile application (the "App"). The Agreement is concluded between the person using the App (the "User") and the Company.
  2. 1.2. By copying, installing, or using the App in any way, the User expresses full and unconditional agreement with all terms of the License.
  3. 1.3. Use of the App is permitted only under the terms of this License. If the User does not accept the terms in full, the User has no right to use the App. Use in violation of any term of the License is prohibited.
  4. 1.4. Use of the App under the terms of the License for personal, non-commercial purposes is free of charge. Any other use (in ways not provided for by the License) is possible only under a separate agreement with the Company.
  5. 1.5. By using the App, the User also agrees to the terms of personal data processing set out in the Privacy Policy. Use of the App may be governed by additional terms, links to which may be placed within the App. These documents may be amended by the Company unilaterally without special notice. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise stated in the new version.
  6. 1.6. The laws of the Russian Federation apply to the License and to relations related to the use of the App. Any claims or lawsuits shall be filed with the court at the Company's location. Otherwise may be provided for by agreement of the Parties.

2. License

  1. 2.1. The Company grants the User, free of charge, a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable license to use the App worldwide in the following ways:
    1. 2.1.1. To use the App for its direct functional purpose, including copying and installing it on the User's personal device. The User may install the App on an unlimited number of personal devices.

3. Restrictions

  1. 3.1. Except as expressly permitted by the License or applicable law, the User may not:
    • modify, decompile, disassemble, or decrypt the App;
    • extract source code or obtain information about the implementation of algorithms;
    • create derivative works;
    • make any other use not provided for by the License without the Company's written consent.
  2. 3.2. Without the Company's written consent, it is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or make the App publicly available in any form, except as expressly permitted by the License. This also applies to bundling with other software, in compilations, or with offers of other products.

4. Terms of Use of Individual Functions

  1. 4.1. Some functions of the App require internet access. The User independently obtains and pays for such access under the terms of their operator or provider.
  2. 4.2. When using the App, information set out in the Privacy Policy may be transmitted to the Company, including:
    • OS type, App version and identifier;
    • usage statistics and other technical information;
    • other information specified in the Privacy Policy.
  3. 4.3. To ensure the App functions properly, it may request access to the camera, microphone, gallery/storage, geolocation, and other device functions. Access is granted only with the User's explicit consent and is used solely for the purposes stated when requested. The User may revoke permissions at any time through device settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. 5.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Company, its affiliates, and its counterparties do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, compliance with the User's specific purposes or expectations, and provide no other warranties not expressly stated in the License.
  2. 5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its counterparties are not liable to the User or third parties for any direct or indirect consequences of using or being unable to use the App, including that the Company, its affiliates, and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages, including loss of data, regardless of whether the Company, its affiliates, or its representatives had any information or assumptions about the possibility of such consequences.

6. Changes to the License

  1. 6.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the License. Changes take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated in the publication itself.
